Appointments

To make changes or verify an appointment at any of our offices, please call 630.653.5550.

Appointments must be made for follow-up visits as well as our consultations so we may allow the proper time for each visit. We know your time is valuable, so we diligently attempt to stay on schedule. On occasion the physicians are late due to emergencies or prolonged surgery. If a shift in our schedule should occur due to these circumstances, we will make every effort to keep you informed. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

When you call to make your appointment, the receptionist will ask you for information about the nature of your problem or condition. This information will allow us to schedule you more efficiently and allow adequate time for your appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment or need to reschedule, please inform us as soon as posssible.

Emergencies/After-Hours

Our 24-hour answering service can be reached through our main number 630.653.5550 as needed for messages and emergencies before or after regular office hours. Emergency messages will be transmitted to our on-call physician.
